| Linette Lanski | Hi! Just wanted to thank Ken for all his hard work trying to put the penning clinic on. We were very disappointed to hear it was cancelled. We love the sport of team penning and really wanted to improve our horsemanship, team riding and cattle handling skills.
To all of the people that committed to this clinic and backed out, I feel you owe Ken a huge apology. If any of you have tried to put on an event where you relied on the commitment of other people only to have them back out at the last minute, you should understand. I'm sure the clinician was not impressed that two days before the clinic he is cancelled, losing his income for that weekend when he possibly could have been booked elsewhere. Not to mention the people that wanted to attend the clinic and had to juggle things to make it fit in their busy schedule.
To anyone reading this I am not trying to offend or anger and I realize that life happens and somethings are beyond your control. I'm just hoping that in the future when giving a commitment to an event such as this you realize the importance of that commitment.
